2/1 twill four-way stretch fabric is a woven polyester-spandex stretch fabric with a fine diagonal twill face, supplied to garment manufacturers, uniform producers, and apparel wholesalers making tailored, close-fitting clothing.

MH supplies this stretch twill fabric in bulk and coordinates custom production across color, weight, and width. The polyester-spandex construction can be adjusted to match different garment programs and finishing requirements.

The fabric runs about 147cm wide at roughly 190 g/m2 in a 97% polyester 3% spandex blend, and ships on 50–100m rolls. Custom colors and specifications are available for bulk orders.
