Product Details
Warp Knitted Elastic Polyester Interlining(Sparse Design)
MH 100% polyester warp knitted tricot fusible interlining is an open-coverage tricot fabric knitted at 40D*120D, weighing 38 g/m² across a 150 cm width and coated with PES glue powder.
100% polyester tricot interlining sparse design is a type of interlining fabric made entirely from polyester fibers. It features an open-coverage design (a spaced or mesh-like surface structure).
Known for its lightweight, breathability, and moderate elasticity, this interlining is widely used in garment manufacturing, especially for components that require both breathability and support.
Features:
Open-Coverage Design (Sparse Design): Features a spaced or mesh-like surface structure, enhancing the fabric’s breathability and lightweight feel.
Low Elasticity: Provides moderate flexibility, meeting the garment’s need for softness while maintaining shape stability.
High Stability: The warp-knitted structure ensures tight fabric construction, offering excellent dimensional stability and resistance to deformation.
Durability: Made from polyester fibers, it offers outstanding wear resistance and tear strength, making it suitable for long-term use.
Lightweight and Breathable: The open-coverage design makes the fabric lighter and more breathable, ideal for close-fitting garments and enhancing wearing comfort.
Fusing Temperature: 130-150℃
Fusing Pressure: 1.5-2.5kg/c㎡
Fusing Time: 12-15s
Usage: for composite fabric, embroidery backing, fusible interlining.
