MH Huaxiu Factory I Capacity Upgrade Project Achieves Key Milestone

As spring brings renewed energy and growth, MH Huaxiu Factory I’s capacity expansion project has reached an encouraging milestone, marking steady and significant progress in its implementation.

Since the official launch of equipment installation on the ninth day of the Lunar New Year, the factory’s core equipment team has worked closely with technical experts from Lixiu Company. Through efficient coordination and intensive efforts over 18 days, the team has successfully completed the main installation of four 23-head Lixiu embroidery machines, laying a solid foundation for upcoming production.

At the installation site, operations are proceeding in an orderly and efficient manner. The project has now entered the fine-tuning phase, where technicians are carefully calibrating key parameters to ensure optimal machine performance. According to the current schedule, the first batch of machines is expected to be put into operation in mid-to-late April.

Project momentum continues to build. An additional four machines are scheduled to arrive in Hunan by the end of March, with full installation and operation of all equipment expected to be completed by June.

The successful advancement of this project will significantly enhance the factory’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities and production capacity, strengthening its ability to meet growing market demand.
