With the deep integration of the MES system and high-speed machines, key production data can now be collected automatically and in real time. Information that previously relied on manual recording and consolidation—such as equipment operating status, output volumes, and quality indicators—is now captured automatically and displayed through visual dashboards.

Automatic Process Parameter Deployment Balances Standardization and Flexibility
