UzTextileExpo Spring 2024
From May 28 to 30, the Uzbekistan Central Asia International Textile Expo 2024 concluded successfully in Tashkent. MH sales team 4 attended the expo to uncover new business opportunities and explore fresh directions.
The Republic of Uzbekistan, located at the heart of Central Asia and the ancient Silk Road, accounts for 65% of the region's total population, making it the largest consumer market in the area. The expo is Central Asia's most significant and influential textile and fashion exhibition, providing a highly efficient and professional platform for the exchange of industry information for related businesses in the textile, garment, and accessories sectors. Therefore, the event attracted not only local clients from Uzbekistan but also many from other Central Asian countries, resulting in a satisfactory overall attendance. Additionally, there was an increase in the number of Chinese suppliers participating. To enhance competitiveness, we not only displayed auxiliary products suited to the local market but also borrowed finished products and samples from our clients to attract customers involved in the production and sales of related products, achieving the desired effect.
Participating in international expos is not only a channel to showcase brand competitiveness but also an opportunity to gain insights into market developments and changes. Uzbekistan, being the world's fifth-largest cotton producer, is expected to see a growing demand in the cotton textile industry over the next five years. However, the existing production capacity is far from meeting the market's increasing demands, especially in the fields of textile products, fashion, and accessory design. We will cherish each opportunity to participate in international exhibitions, staying agile and seizing the momentum to explore new opportunities for the company's future development!
