MH #10 nickel brass metal zipper long chain is a continuous metal zipper chain built with nickel brass teeth on a woven polyester tape and supplied by the roll rather than as finished zippers. The #10 chain size places it in the heaviest gauge MH produces, and the roll format lets a factory cut each length on its own line instead of stocking dozens of fixed sizes.
The teeth are formed from nickel brass wire and set onto polyester tape, which keeps the chain flexible enough to feed through automatic cutting and slider-mounting equipment. The chain accepts both A/L auto-lock and N/L non-lock sliders, so the same roll can serve products that need a slider to hold position and products that do not. Typical applications are heavy outerwear, work and utility bags, luggage, garment bags, bedding covers and outdoor gear, where a #10 chain carries load that a coil zipper cannot.
MH runs the chain to customer specification: teeth plating tone, tape color against the MH color card, and slider type are all selected per order, and the chain can be produced with the tape shade matched to a buyer's own fabric.
