MH variegated viscose rayon embroidery thread is a 100% viscose rayon filament embroidery thread whose colour changes gradually along the length of a single strand, so a stitched motif shows tonal shading without any thread change on the machine. The dyeing sequence, not the stitch file, creates the gradient.
The thread is spun from bright viscose rayon filament and given a Z twist, which keeps the surface smooth and highly lustrous while holding the strand together through high-speed needle work. MH produces it as a high-tenacity, low-knot yarn with good colour fastness and low shrinkage, so shaded embroidery keeps its tone through laundering and pressing. More than 800 shades are held, covering both solid colours and variegated colour sequences.
