Woven Fusible Hat Interlining in 100% Polyester with Custom Stiffness

MH Woven Fusible Hat Interlining is a 100% polyester woven base fabric coated on one side with LDPE hotmelt adhesive powder, supplied at 112cm width for structured headwear panels.

Coated 100% polyester fabric as base fabric with resin can bring desired hardness, and then coated with high-quality LDPE hotmelt adhesive powder can keep the baseball cap and sun hat in good structural shape and stable size. At the same time, we can improve the sewing efficiency and anti-wrinkling performance.

Also, MH supplies 100% polyester hat interlining without glue, it can be sewn directly on the hat brim (hat interlining with glue is used on top of the hat.)

MH Woven Fusible Hat Interlining is used in baseball caps, sun hats and other headwear, where it also raises sewing efficiency on the production line. Stiffness is built to order across Hard, Very Hard and Ultra Hard hand feels, widths can be cut to a buyer's own specification, and a non-glue version is produced for interlining that is sewn directly onto the hat brim rather than fused on top of the crown.
