Product Details

A go-to choice for uniform manufacturers who need consistent quality at scale. This 150D polyester gabardine fabric uses 150D × 150D yarns in a tight plain weave, giving it a clean matte finish that looks sharp on everything from school blazers to hotel staff shirts. At 135 GSM it sits in the sweet spot — heavy enough to hold its shape after dozens of wash cycles, light enough to stay comfortable in warm weather. OEKO-TEX certified.

Why This Fabric Works for Uniforms

Comfortable in heat

135 GSM keeps it breathable — your staff won't overheat in tropical or summer conditions.

FAQ

What is the difference between gabardine and minimatt fabric?
Traditional gabardine is twill-woven with diagonal ribs. Mini-matt is plain-woven, lighter, and smoother. This fabric is technically a mini-matt construction, but in many export markets "gabardine" has become the catch-all term for polyester uniform fabric regardless of weave. We label it gabardine because that's what most buyers search for when sourcing this type of product.
