Product Details
MH 210D/3 nylon 66 bonded sewing thread is a Tex 70, ticket 40 thread made from 100% polyamide 6.6 (nylon 66) that is bonded as the three plies are twisted, setting the fiber together as a single strand.
Bonding stops the thread from disentwining or going cottony while sewing, and it carries an average strength of at least 4.5 kg with 23-32% elongation. The nylon 66 fiber adds high abrasion and UV resistance plus a strong waterproof character with low stretch, so seams stay tight and even.
MH offers it in an extensive color range and, at the 210D/3 count, aims it at medium-to-heavy work: thick leather goods such as sofas, car cushions, sports shoes and belts, and heavy cloth such as canvas, tents, backpacks, kites and bead curtains.
210Denier 3ply Nylon Bonded Sewing Thread
Nylon bonded sewing thread is made of polyamide 6.6 synthetic fiber, through a special process to be bonded while twisting the fiber, then sticking and finalizing all-fiber together like one. While sewing, the bonded thread does not disentwine, is not cottony, and has high resistance to abrasion.
The sewing effect is wonderful due to the advantage of nylon material and the effective disposal of lubricants.
