Product Details

MH fusible knit interlining is a 48gsm knitted-base interlining coated with a hot-melt adhesive that bonds to a fabric panel under heat and pressure. The 150cm-wide white knit base carries natural elasticity and drape, so the interlining stretches together with the face fabric instead of pulling against it.

It reinforces collars, cuffs, plackets, and front panels on knitwear, elastic shirting, and activewear while keeping each panel soft and mobile.

Key Selling Points
  • Knitted base for stretch fabrics: MH fusible knit interlining is built on a knitted base that flexes and recovers with the face fabric, matching the elasticity of knit and spandex garments so seams stay smooth.
  • Even hot-melt bonding: The hot-melt adhesive coating on the knit interlining fuses evenly under heat and pressure, giving a clean, blister-free bond without stiffening the fabric hand feel.
  • Soft drape with support: MH fusible knit interlining reinforces collars, cuffs, and plackets while preserving the soft drape buyers expect from knitwear and elastic shirting.
  • OEKO-TEX compliant production: The knit interlining is produced under MH's OEKO-TEX compliance, supporting apparel brands with textile-safety requirements.
  • Customizable adhesive and color: MH offers the fusible knit interlining in customizable adhesive types and colors to match a customer's fabric, fusing conditions, and shade standards.

Four-way stretch spandex woven interlining is a type of woven interlining fabric with elasticity in both horizontal and vertical directions. It is widely used in garment manufacturing, especially for clothing components that require both flexibility and support. Combining the stability of woven interlining with the flexibility of four-way stretch material, it is an essential accessory in modern apparel production.

Features of Four-Way Stretch Woven Interlining:
  • Four-Way Elasticity: Offers stretchability in both horizontal and vertical directions, meeting the multi-directional stretch needs of garments and enhancing wearing comfort.
  • Excellent Support: Provides elasticity while maintaining the stability and support of woven interlining, ensuring the overall shape of the garment.
  • Good Breathability: Highly breathable material, suitable for close-fitting garments, improving the wearing experience.
  • Durability: Made with high-quality fibers and advanced technology, it has excellent wash resistance and durability, making it ideal for long-term use.
  • Easy to Process: Suitable for various garment processing techniques such as cutting, sewing, and bonding, ensuring ease of operation.
Applications of Four-Way Stretch Woven Interlining:

Apparel Industry:

  • High-End Clothing: Used as interlining for suits, evening gowns, and other high-end garments to enhance shape and comfort.
  • Sportswear: Applied in sportswear, yoga wear, and other garments requiring high elasticity and fit.
  • Casual Wear: Suitable for jeans, jackets, and other garments needing both elasticity and support.

Home Textile Industry: Used in home textile products requiring elasticity and support, such as sofa covers and cushions.
