630D/3 Bonded Nylon 66 Sewing Thread
Nylon 66 bonded sewing thread is made of polyamide 66 synthetic fiber, processed through a special bonding technique that locks the filaments together while twisting, then finalizes the fiber bundle into a unified, non-separating thread. Compared to nylon 6, nylon 66 offers a higher melting point (255°C), superior abrasion resistance, and enhanced chemical stability, making it the preferred choice for the most demanding industrial sewing applications where heat and friction are critical factors.
The 630D/3 construction provides the highest tensile strength in the nylon bonded thread range with an average breaking strength of ≥ 13.5 kg. This extra heavy weight thread is engineered for the toughest sewing operations including safety harnesses, automotive interiors, marine upholstery, industrial tarpaulins, and multi-layer heavy textile assemblies. The advanced lubricant treatment ensures smooth feeding and even tension at high speeds, while the bonded structure resists fraying and prevents lint buildup under extreme mechanical stress.
