Product Details
MH tricot fusible interlining is a 100% polyester warp-knitted interlining in a sparse open-coverage construction, weighing 50 g/m² at 150cm wide, coated with PA or PES glue powder.
The interlining is used as a composite fabric layer, as embroidery backing, and as fusible support in collars, cuffs, pockets, waistlines and hems.
Key Selling Points
- Support without heat build-up: MH sparse tricot interlining keeps a fused panel breathable, which matters on close-fitting garments where a solid interlining would trap heat.
- Holds the panel's shape: The warp-knitted structure resists stretching and distortion, so collars, cuffs and waistbands keep the line they were cut to.
- Soft hand after fusing: Glue applied as powder dots bonds firmly while letting the finished panel drape with the outer fabric rather than boarding it up.
- Adhesive matched to the fabric: PA, PES and PA+PES coatings are available, so the bond can be set against the face fabric's fibre and its washing or dry-cleaning route.
- Certified for garment use: MH interlining is produced under OEKO-TEX® certification, supporting buyers exporting into markets with textile compliance rules.
- Color and construction options: Black, white and custom shades run across several yarn-count builds, so a maker can match interlining to dark and light fabrics from one supplier.
Warp Knitted Elastic Polyester Interlining (Sparse Design)
100% polyester tricot interlining sparse design is a type of interlining fabric made entirely from polyester fibers. It features an open-coverage design (a spaced or mesh-like surface structure). Known for its lightweight, breathability, and moderate elasticity, this interlining is widely used in garment manufacturing, especially for components that require both breathability and support.
