Product Details

Striped guipure chemical lace fabric carries a linear openwork motif formed by water-soluble chemical embroidery, giving the cloth a self-supporting lace body with no netting behind it. It is bought by dress manufacturers, bridalwear and eveningwear brands, blouse producers and lace wholesalers who need a patterned white lace that reads as a fabric rather than a trim.

MH produces this lace on its own chemical lace lines and develops the striped repeat, stripe spacing and motif density to buyer artwork. The white shown here is the standard shade, and MH dyes to Pantone references or customer swatches, so a single striped pattern can be carried across several colorways within one collection.

The fabric is made in polyester, cotton or rayon depending on the hand feel required, finished at 120cm wide and rolled at 30 to 45 yards per roll in export cartons. It is non-elastic, which keeps panels stable on the cutting table and holds the stripe alignment straight through sewing. Custom widths and colors are available for bulk production.

Features

  • Striped guipure structure — the stripes run continuously along the length, so cutters can line up panels, plackets and sleeves without hunting for a pattern repeat.
  • Self-supporting openwork — the chemical process dissolves the base away, leaving a lace with real body that needs no lining fabric behind it to hold shape.
  • Non-elastic construction — stable in cut and sew, suitable for structured bodices, fitted dresses and tailored blouse panels.
  • Multiple base fibers — polyester, cotton or rayon versions give buyers a choice between crisp handle, natural touch and softer drape for the same motif.
  • Dyed-to-order color range — white is standard, and Pantone or swatch matching lets one striped design serve several colorways in the same range.
  • 120cm usable width — a garment-friendly width that yields dress panels and skirt pieces with limited offcut waste.

Application

  • Dress and eveningwear — Used by dress manufacturers and fashion brands for midi dresses, gowns, overlay skirts and full lace bodies.
  • Bridal and occasion wear — Sourced by bridalwear brands and occasion dress makers for wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses and nightgown panels.
  • Blouses and tops — Popular with apparel suppliers producing lace blouses, shirt yokes, sleeve panels and layered tops.
  • Lace distribution — Supplied to lace wholesalers and garment accessory distributors selling dress lace by the roll to regional garment makers.
  • Fashion accessories — Common among accessory suppliers, who use it for lace panels on bags, headwear and decorative garment inserts.

Customization Service

  • Pattern development — Stripe width, motif spacing and border finish can be redrawn from buyer artwork or reference samples.
  • Color matching — Dyed to Pantone codes or submitted swatches, with lab dips issued before bulk production.
  • Base fiber options — Polyester, cotton or rayon versions of the same design to suit different garment programs.
  • Width adjustment — Widths other than the standard 120cm can be produced to match a buyer's marker and cutting plan.
  • Roll and packing format — Roll length and carton packing arranged to fit the buyer's warehouse handling and shipping requirements.

Why Source From MH

  • In-house chemical lace production — MH runs its own embroidery and water-soluble lace lines, so pattern, quality and repeat consistency stay under one roof.
  • Own dyeing capability — Lab dips and color approvals are handled internally, which keeps shade matching accurate across repeat orders of the same striped design.
  • Design and sampling team — Skilled designers and dedicated sample machines turn buyer artwork into a running lace pattern for collection development.
  • Bulk export experience — Regular supply of lace fabric to garment manufacturers, brands and wholesalers internationally.
