Product Details

Cotton floral eyelet embroidered lace fabric carries broderie anglaise floral openwork embroidered onto a 100% cotton ground, with cotton embroidery yarn outlining each eyelet and scalloped selvedges running along both edges. Blouse and dress manufacturers, fashion brands, apparel suppliers and lace wholesalers are the buyers who use it most.

MH embroiders this cotton eyelet lace on its own multi-head embroidery lines and dyes it in its own dye house, so pattern layout and color are both controlled in-house. Motif scale, eyelet density and the scalloped edge profile can be developed to a buyer's own artwork rather than picked from a fixed design book.

The base cloth and the embroidery yarn are both 100% cotton, giving the natural cotton hand-feel and lightweight body that summer apparel programs are built around. Supplied at 130cm wide and rolled at 30 to 45 yards per roll, it is cut and dyed to the buyer's own color swatch or Pantone reference.

Features

  • All-cotton build — base cloth and embroidery yarn are both cotton, so the fabric keeps a natural, soft hand after washing instead of the slick feel of a synthetic eyelet.
  • Floral eyelet openwork — the punched, embroidery-bound holes give a decorative surface that needs no extra trim work at the garment stage.
  • Scalloped selvedge on both edges — cutters can use the finished edge directly on hems, plackets and sleeve openings, which saves an edging operation in production.
  • 130cm usable width — a practical width for blouse, dress and fuller skirt markers, with less waste per garment than narrow eyelet goods.
  • Lightweight cotton body — drapes softly for summer apparel while still holding the embroidered motif shape on the garment.
  • Dyed to order — the white ground takes custom shades from a swatch or Pantone number, so a season's colorway can be matched across an order.

Application

  • Womenswear — Used by blouse and dress manufacturers for summer blouses, tiered dresses, fuller skirts and sleeve panels.
  • Fashion brands — Sourced by apparel brands and design studios for broderie anglaise capsule collections and seasonal cotton lines.
  • Childrenswear — Popular with kidswear and babywear producers for dresses, yokes, collars and trim panels in all-cotton garments.
  • Lace distribution — Supplied by the roll to lace wholesalers and garment accessory distributors serving regional apparel workshops.
  • Bridal and occasion wear — A regular pick for occasion-wear makers producing lightweight cotton gowns and separates.

Customization Service

  • Pattern design — Custom floral or geometric eyelet motifs developed from buyer artwork by MH's in-house design team.
  • Color — Dyed to a customer color swatch or Pantone reference, with lab-dips submitted before bulk dyeing.
  • Width — Alternative cut widths arranged against the buyer's marker and production line requirements.
  • Edge finish — Scallop profile and depth adjusted, or a straight selvedge supplied where the garment design calls for it.
  • Packaging — Roll length and labeling set to the buyer's warehouse and cutting-room handling needs.
