MH 8505MF shirt collar interlining is a 100% cotton woven fabric at 155g/m² in a 21S*21S 60*56 construction, finished with a medium-soft handfeel and an HDPE fusible coating.

Compared with harder collar-grade interlinings, the 8505MF construction gives a middleweight base cloth that fuses to a softer, more rounded stand, making it suited to collars, cuffs and plackets where a less rigid finish is wanted.

The HDPE hot-melt coating bonds evenly under standard fusing presses at 160-175℃, and the 112cm width fits common shirt-panel cutting layouts.

Shirt Interlining Fabric enhances garment structure by providing support and shape retention to key areas like collars, cuffs, and plackets, ensuring a crisp and polished look. Its premium soft and breathable material improves overall wearing comfort, while excellent washability and durability extend the garment's lifespan.

Using 100% cotton fabric as base fabric and coated with HDPE hot melt adhesive powder (according to different fabric requirements, choose different gluing methods and different quality grades of glue powder), mostly used on shirts.

It's cost-effective, and there is no MOQ requirement, the regular models have ready stock.

HF (hard feel) interlining is used for the collar and cuff of shirts, and SF (soft feel) interlining is used for the placket and the body of shirts.

After ironing with the interlining, the shirt is crisp and stylish, and not easy to bubble or deform.

Usage: Used for shirt collar, cuff, which gives the collar stiffness and strength.
