MH needle-punched non-woven composite TPE film is a 900gsm, 240cm-wide polyester nonwoven fabric laminated with a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) film backing.

The base fabric is mechanically bonded by needle punching, which interlocks the polyester fibers into a dense, dimensionally stable web without chemical binders in the felting stage.
