The MH No.3 invisible zipper is a closed-end concealed zipper: a fine nylon coil sits behind a woven fabric tape, so the finished seam shows only stitching. It comes with an auto-lock slider and a waterdrop puller.
Standard lengths are 20 cm and 45 cm. MH dyes the tape to the customer's fabric color and makes other lengths and puller shapes to order.

Dress and skirt makers judge an invisible zipper on three things: whether it disappears into the seam, whether the seam stays flat, and whether the tape blends with the fabric.
Seam shows only stitching
The nylon coil sits behind the tape, so a sewn dress or skirt seam shows no visible chain. The waterdrop puller is the only part in sight.
Flat on light fabrics
The fine #3 coil keeps the seam allowance thin and flexible, so the closure lies flat without ripples on chiffon, silk, crepe and other drapey fabrics.
Tape dyed to your fabric
MH dyes the woven tape to your fabric color, so the narrow tape edge left at the seam blends in. The auto-lock slider holds its position once the puller is released.

What lengths are available?
20 cm (8 inches) and 45 cm (18 inches) are the standard lengths. Other lengths are made to order for dresses, skirts, trousers and cushion covers.
Can you match the tape color to my fabric?
Yes. Choose from the MH zipper color card, or send a Pantone code or a fabric swatch and MH dyes the woven tape to match.
What is the lead time?

Should I choose a #3 or #4 invisible zipper?
#3 is the finer coil for light and drapey fabrics such as dresses, gowns and skirts. #4 is slightly stronger and suits heavier fabrics and home textiles. Both are made closed end.
