Product Details

Corded embroidered nylon stretch lace fabric is a stretch lace featuring raised cord embroidery worked over a fine nylon-spandex mesh ground. It is supplied to lingerie and intimate-apparel manufacturers, fashion brands, and lace fabric wholesalers producing close-fitting garments where both surface detail and recovery matter.

MH knits the mesh ground and embroiders the corded motifs on multi-head machines, so pattern scale, cord density, and coloring can be developed around a buyer's own design instead of chosen from a fixed range. Lab dips and sampling are handled on the same lines, which keeps color approval and bulk output consistent.

The fabric runs 150cm (58 inches) wide in a 90% nylon and 10% spandex composition with four-way stretch, and is finished soft enough for direct skin contact. Colors are dyed to order and can be matched to a submitted swatch or a Pantone reference for bulk production.

Features

  • Raised cord embroidery — the corded outline keeps the motif clearly defined through washing and wear, so finished garments hold their decorative effect over a full season.
  • Four-way nylon-spandex stretch — the ground recovers in both directions after stretching, which suits body-contoured cutting without seams pulling out of shape.
  • 150cm usable width — the wide yardage lets cutting rooms nest bodice and panel pieces efficiently and lowers waste per garment.
  • Soft skin-contact hand — the fine mesh ground and flexible cording keep the lace comfortable in bras, bodysuits, and slips worn next to the body.
  • Dyed-to-order color range — every lot is dyed against the buyer's own reference, so lace and shell fabric stay matched across a collection.

Application

  • Intimate apparel — Used by lingerie and shapewear manufacturers for bra cups, bodysuit panels, slips, and briefs.
  • Bridal and eveningwear — Sourced by bridalwear brands and gown makers for overlays, sleeves, bodices, and skirt panels.
  • Womenswear — Popular with fashion brands and garment suppliers producing fitted dresses, blouses, and stretch lace inserts.
  • Fabric distribution — Supplied to lace fabric wholesalers and textile distributors reselling stretch lace by the roll into regional garment markets.

Customization Service

  • Pattern development — Floral, geometric, or buyer-owned motifs can be engineered onto the mesh ground for exclusive seasonal collections.
  • Color matching — Any shade can be dyed to a submitted swatch or Pantone number, with lab dips issued for approval before bulk runs.
  • Width and ground structure — Cut width and mesh density can be adjusted to suit different garment types and cutting-table setups.
  • Cord and yarn options — Cord thickness and embroidery yarn can be varied to change relief height, weight, and hand feel.
  • Roll length and marking — Roll length and roll identification can be arranged to match a buyer's cutting-room handling.
