Needle punch felt with LDPE glue is ironed to the fabrics

100% polyester needle-punched nonwoven fabric is made entirely of polyester fibers (or predominantly polyester) and is manufactured using a needle-punching technique. Unlike traditional woven fabrics, it does not require spinning or weaving. Instead, the fibers are physically entangled to form a fabric-like structure, offering softness, breathability, and durability.

Nonwoven fabrics also called felts are extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of applications.

Their resulting mechanical toughness and excellent thermal and acoustical insulation properties make them the ideal choice for many industrial applications.
