MH 160gsm polyester needle punched nonwoven felt is a 100% polyester fabric made by needling fibers together into a felt structure, without any adhesive coating, in a firm hand feel.

The felt is woven to a 36-inch width at 160g/m² and holds its shape well enough to be embroidered with appliques or worked into carpets and hand-made DIY and Christmas decoration pieces without fraying at cut edges.

Firm, hold-its-shape hand: The hard hand feel keeps embroidered appliques, carpet bases and DIY craft pieces from losing form during handling.
Glue-free, uniform texture: Needling bonds the fibers mechanically, giving a consistent surface without adhesive spots or coating variation.

Usage:

There are two kinds of hand feeling, hard or soft. The hard one is mainly used to embroider appliques, make carpets, hand-made DIY, Christmas decoration, etc.
The soft one is used for Christmas hats, Christmas clothes, various home decoration packaging materials, lining, etc.,thicker ones can be used as collar lining, car roof cloth.

Needle-punched non-woven interlining also can be ultrasonically pressed into various patterns with high strength. It is mainly used to wrap sofa springs for its excellent tension.

Needle punched non woven interlining with LDPE glue powder can be bonded with other materials, and mostly used as interlining.
