This 40mm mattress binding tape is woven from polyester DTY yarn in an off-white color. It is used to cover and finish the seam where mattress border fabrics are joined during production.

The surface features a diagonal twill pattern, creating a defined textured appearance along the finished mattress edge. Its woven construction allows the tape to fold around border seams during sewing.

The standard tape weighs approximately 7.4g per meter and is supplied in 100-meter rolls. Width, color, pattern, stiffness, finishing, and packaging can be adjusted for qualified bulk orders.
