Product Details
MH plain woven fusible interlining is a 100% polyester fabric coated with a PA+PES double dot adhesive for dependable heat-bonding.
Woven at 50D x 50D yarn count to a 46gsm weight and supplied at 150cm width, the fabric has a light-to-mid weight hand that stays smooth and flat after pressing. The double dot adhesive pattern spreads the PA and PES hot-melt evenly across the surface, giving consistent fusing strength without stiffening the face fabric.
Key Selling Points
- Dual-adhesive double dot coating: The PA+PES double dot coating combines two hot-melt chemistries on one base, giving flexible bonding performance across different face fabrics.
- Balanced plain weave hand: The plain over-under weave keeps the fabric flat and smooth, supporting clean stitching and even fusing across garment panels.
- Configurable to spec: MH customizes weight, hand feel, color and width on this plain woven interlining, letting buyers match the fabric to their own fusing program.
- Garment-wide application range: The interlining suits shirts, blouses and general garment reinforcement wherever a plain woven double dot base is specified.
