Product Details
MH striped Y-fold binding elastic is a 45mm-wide foldover elastic band in polyester and spandex with a rubber/latex core that folds in a Y along its length to wrap and bind a stretch edged.
The Y-fold wraps the fabric edge in one operation, and the woven stripes in black, white or peach-skin give a decorative finish, available in woven, knitted or jacquard builds.
The band stays soft with good stretch and recovery, suiting waistbands on leggings, skirts and trousers as well as underbust binding on bras and sports bras.
Elastic webbing is generally constructed with a core of rubber or latex threads, sheathed in an outer fabric layer made from materials like polyester, nylon, or cotton. It is strong, durable, and can be sewn without the fear of weakening. They exhibit elasticity, allowing them to stretch and then naturally revert to their initial form upon release.
