Product Details
MH 75D*120D polyester twill woven fusible interlining is a 100% polyester twill base cloth in 150 cm width, coated with PA and PES glue powder for heat-press fusing.
MH adjusts the glue powder to PES, PA or a PA plus PES blend, weaves the base in classic black, white or a matched color, and can cut the width to the customer's fusing press.
Key Selling Points
- Firmer twill hand: MH 75D*120D twill woven fusible interlining carries more body than lighter twill grades, which suits blazers and coats.
- Choice of glue system: Buyers can specify PES, PA or a PA plus PES coating on the same twill woven interlining base to match their pressing and aftercare.
- Square, stable edges: The dense twill interlacing keeps fused waistbands, belts and bag panels from rippling under the shell fabric.
- Custom color and width service: MH weaves the interlining in black, white or a matched shade and trims the width to the customer's fusing line.
- OEKO-TEX certified manufacturing: Production runs under OEKO-TEX certification, which keeps the interlining acceptable for European and North American apparel programmes.
Twill woven interlining fabric is a structured support fabric made using a twill weave pattern, which is characterized by diagonal lines on the surface. This weaving technique results in a denser, more durable interlining that is ideal for garments requiring added strength, resilience, and shape retention. Compared to plain woven interlining, twill interlining offers greater thickness and drape, making it suitable for heavier or tailored garments.
Twill woven interlining fabric is widely used in structured garments such as suit jackets, blazers, coats, and trousers, particularly in areas like front panels, lapels, waistbands, and chest pieces.
Its strength and ability to retain shape also make it ideal for skirts with defined waistlines, heavyweight shirts, uniforms, and fashion accessories like belts, caps, and structured bags.
Usage: Suits, overcoat, jacket
