MH thermal bonded double-dot nonwoven interlining is a calendar-bonded fusible interlining coated with a two-layer PA or PES adhesive dot for hot-fusing to garment panels.
The web is offered from 23 to 80 gsm and 90 to 150 cm wide, with PA, PES or PA+PES glue to match different fusing presses and fabrics.
MH produces this double-dot interlining in white, black and grey or a custom shade. It fuses cleanly onto collars, cuffs, front plackets and other structured areas of shirts, suits, jackets and workwear.
Key Selling Points
- Secure two-layer dot bond: MH thermal bonded double-dot nonwoven interlining uses a two-layer adhesive dot that grips both the interlining and the face fabric, giving a strong, durable fused bond.
- Resists strike-through: The double-dot structure helps keep adhesive from bleeding to the outer cloth during pressing, so fused garments stay clean-faced through washing and dry cleaning.
- Choice of glue chemistry: MH offers PA, PES or PA+PES glue on this double-dot interlining, letting garment makers match the fusing temperature and wash resistance their fabric needs.
- Stable calendared hand: Thermal calendaring gives this nonwoven interlining an even, stable hand that supports collars, cuffs and plackets without over-stiffening the garment.
- Custom weight and width: MH runs this double-dot interlining across a range of weights and widths, so tailors and factories can specify the right body for each garment area.
- OEKO-TEX certified production: MH produces this nonwoven interlining under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 where applicable, supporting apparel brands with export compliance needs.
Application: Used for collar, cuff or front placket of shirt, jacket, or suits.
