MH thermal bonded double dots nonwoven interlining is a 100% polyester nonwoven substrate coated with a PES double-dot adhesive, engineered for fusing into the collar, cuff and front placket of shirts, jackets and suits.

Woven into a 100cm wide, 40g/m² substrate, the interlining is offered in white, black and grey to suit different outer fabric colors.

The double-dot PES coating spreads adhesive evenly across the surface during thermal bonding, so the interlining fuses flat and stays bonded through garment wear and care, while its light 40g/m² weight keeps the finished panel from feeling bulky.

Because the dot coating leaves gaps between adhesive points, the fused fabric retains breathability and a soft drape suited to both shirt-weight fabrics and heavier jacket and suit panels.
