100% polyester needle-punched nonwoven fabric is made entirely of polyester fibers (or predominantly polyester) and is manufactured using a needle-punching technique. Unlike traditional woven fabrics, it does not require spinning or weaving. Instead, the fibers are physically entangled to form a fabric-like structure, offering softness, breathability, and durability.

Needle-punched nonwovens are felt-like and very flexible, environmentally friendly.

Needle punched nonwoven interlining is mainly made of polyester.

Needle punched nonwoven interlining (without glue) is rich in color.

There are two kinds of hand feeling, hard or soft. The Hard one is mainly used to embroider appliques, make carpets, hand-made DIY, Christmas decoration, etc. The Soft one is used for Christmas hats, Christmas clothes, various home decoration packaging materials, lining, etc. . thicker ones can be used as collar lining, car roof cloth.
