100% polyester needle-punched nonwoven fabric is made entirely of polyester fibers (or predominantly polyester) and is manufactured using a needle-punching technique. Unlike traditional woven fabrics, it does not require spinning or weaving.

Instead, the fibers are physically entangled to form a fabric-like structure, offering softness, breathability, and durability.

The products are widely used for chef hat material, handicraft product, clothes interlining, embroidery in Nigerian market.
