MH conductive felt is a needle-punched nonwoven made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber, at 2000gsm and approximately 5.5mm thick.
The needle-punching process mechanically interlocks the UHMWPE fibers into a dense, cohesive felt with conductive properties, giving it the robustness and stability needed for shoe sole construction.
MH can adjust the fiber composition between polyester, polypropylene and UHMWPE blends and supply the felt as fusible (LDPE glue), non-fusible or printed, according to a buyer's specification.
