280D/3 Nylon 66 Bonded Sewing Thread
Nylon 66 bonded sewing thread is made of polyamide 66 synthetic fiber, processed through a special bonding technique that locks the filaments together while twisting, then finalizes the fiber bundle into a unified, non-separating thread. Compared to nylon 6, nylon 66 offers a higher melting point (255°C), superior abrasion resistance, and enhanced chemical stability, making it the preferred choice for the most demanding industrial sewing applications where heat and friction are critical factors.
The 280D/3 construction provides heavy-duty tensile strength with reliable stitch consistency across diverse materials.
