Product Details
MH paste dot PES fusible nonwoven interlining is a thermal calendaring nonwoven substrate finished with a paste-point PES adhesive coating, made for fusing onto shirt collars, cuffs and plackets.
The interlining is woven from 100% polyester into a 100cm wide, 62g/m² substrate and is available in black, white and grey to match different fabric shades.
Fusing is carried out at 130-150°C, either on a continuous press at 1.5-2.5kg/cm² for 12-15 seconds or on a flat bed press at 0.8-1.5kg/cm² for 12-15 seconds, giving collars, cuffs and plackets stable shape retention without stiffening the fabric.
Key Selling Points
- Even double-dot adhesion: The PES paste-dot coating bonds uniformly across the nonwoven surface, keeping collars, cuffs and plackets fused flat through repeated wear and washing.
- Breathable, soft handle: Open channels between adhesive dots let air pass through the fused panel, so the garment stays comfortable while the interlining still feels soft rather than stiff.
- Multi-color matching: MH offers the interlining in black, white and grey, letting garment makers match the interlining shade to the outer fabric for a clean finish.
- OEKO-TEX certified production: The interlining is produced under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, supporting garment programs with strict material safety requirements.
Thermal Calendaring Paste Point Nonwoven Fabric is a type of nonwoven fabric that combines thermal calendaring and paste point technology to create a durable, lightweight, and versatile material. It is widely used in industries such as hygiene, medical, filtration, and packaging due to its unique properties.
The PES adhesive provides reliable and consistent adhesion to fabrics, ensuring that the interlining stays in place during wear and washing.
The paste dot pattern allows for good air permeability, enhancing the comfort of garments, maintains the fabric's natural softness, making it comfortable to wear.
Ideal for use in collars, cuffs, and plackets of shirts, blouses, and other garments where shape retention is important.
