MH thermal calendaring powder spray nonwoven interlining is a fusible non-woven fabric made from 100% polyester and coated with LDPE glue powder through a thermal calendaring process that leaves a smooth calender finish.
The interlining is bonded by heat and pressure, so the scattered LDPE powder fuses the fabric onto a shell material and adds body and shape while keeping the piece soft, flexible and breathable.
The calender-finished surface presses evenly and cleanly, which suits the interlining to a wide range of apparel and garment linings as well as medical, hygiene and automotive components. MH can tailor the composition and coating to a buyer fusing and hand-feel requirements.
Key Selling Points
- Reliable fusible bonding: MH thermal calendaring interlining uses an LDPE powder-dot coating that fuses firmly to shell fabrics under heat and pressure for a durable, even bond.
- Soft and breathable hand: The calender-finished nonwoven stays supple, flexible and breathable, adding shape to garments without stiffening the finished piece.
- Shape retention and shrink resistance: The thermal-bonded polyester web holds its form and resists shrinking, keeping collars, plackets and facings crisp through wear and care.
- Versatile across applications: The interlining serves apparel linings as well as medical, hygiene and automotive uses, giving buyers one adaptable fusible base fabric.
- Customizable composition and finish: MH tailors the fiber blend, coating and finish to a buyer's fusing temperature and hand-feel needs for OEM programs.
- OEKO-TEX certified supply: Produced under OEKO-TEX certification, the interlining meets textile safety expectations for wholesale and bulk apparel sourcing.
