Product Details

Venice guipure embroidered lace fabric carries dense raised floral motifs across the full width of the cloth, which is why dress makers treat it as a main fashion fabric rather than an edge decoration. It reaches bridalwear brands, evening and bridesmaid dress manufacturers, lingerie labels and lace wholesalers that need a lace with visible surface relief.

MH produces this lace by the water-soluble chemical method: the embroidery is stitched onto a 45g water-soluble paper ground with 150D/2 milk silk yarn, and the ground is dissolved away so only the connected motifs remain. The same technique lets MH develop buyer-specific floral or geometric artwork instead of working from a fixed pattern book.

The fabric is supplied at 47/48 inches (125cm) wide, non-elastic, in a soft milk silk yarn that keeps a gentle sheen after dyeing. Colors are dyed to order in MH's own dyeing plant, so shades can be matched to a collection's palette or to submitted swatches for bulk production.

Features

  • Raised guipure relief — the motifs sit clearly above the openwork ground, giving dresses visible texture without any lining or backing fabric.
  • Full 125cm working width — panels, bodices and skirt sections can be cut from one width, so cutting rooms avoid piecing narrow strips together.
  • Milk silk yarn surface — a softer, less glassy luster than standard polyester lace, which suits occasion wear photographed under strong light.
  • Water-soluble construction — no base net is left behind, so the lace can be appliqued, cut apart along the motifs or used as a whole panel.
  • Non-elastic body — the fabric holds its shape in structured bodices and fitted gowns where stretch would distort the pattern.
  • Dyed-to-order color — lab dips are produced in-house, keeping shade matching under MH's own control across repeat orders.

Application

  • Bridal and occasion wear — Used by bridalwear brands and gown manufacturers for wedding dress bodices, overlays, sleeves and full skirt panels.
  • Evening and bridesmaid dresses — Sourced by garment manufacturers and fashion labels producing cocktail dresses, bridesmaid ranges and formal separates.
  • Lingerie and intimates — Popular with lingerie brands for camisole fronts, robe panels and decorative yokes on higher-end sets.
  • Bridal accessories — A regular pick for accessory suppliers making veils, boleros, capes and headpiece facings.
  • Lace distribution — Common among lace wholesalers and garment accessory distributors, who resell it by the roll to dressmaking and apparel workshops.

Customization Service

  • Pattern development — floral, geometric or brand-specific motifs are drawn and sampled to a buyer's own design brief.
  • Color matching — shades are dyed to Pantone references or physical swatches for each production color.
  • Yarn and ground options — alternative embroidery yarns and ground weights can be quoted where a different hand feel or motif density is needed.
  • Width and repeat — motif scale, repeat spacing and border placement can be adjusted within the production width.
  • Packaging — roll length and packing format can be set to suit the buyer's cutting room or repacking operation.

Why Source From MH

  • In-house lace production — MH runs its own embroidery lace plant with multi-head and shuttle machines, so chemical lace is made rather than resold.
  • Design capability — a dedicated design team develops new guipure artwork and prepares instant pattern files for buyer approval.
  • Own dyeing plant — lab dips and bulk dyeing are handled internally, keeping color consistent between sampling and production runs.
  • Export experience — MH ships lace programs to garment and bridal markets worldwide with documented quality checks before packing.
